Current Problem
Currently when we sell on Amazon and we have a Customizable Listing we cannot simply scan the order number barcode to find customer selection but instead we have to manually input the order number into amazon to retrieve the information. Sadly searching via Tracking ID on amazon isn't an option for us because we only despatch our orders via scan to despatch function on Mintsoft at the end of the day to make sure that everything has been packed and we don't use Amazon Shipping for these orders for costs related reasons. Surely can't be the only ones who are experiencing this problem? |
