Current Problem
All order integrations channels SKU's are case sensitive (at least the channels that we work with) and the problem we have is some of our SKU's especially on Amazon differ by a single capital letter. The real problem starts when it comes to stock synchronization since mintsoft will see the order with the correct item however stock will not synchronize to Amazon for that listing because Amazon doesn't see that SKU in the stock feed. |
