External reference when raising support case

Current Problem

When creating a support ticket, I can see you can put an External reference but this doesn't seem to do anything and is not visible once the ticket is created.

This would be useful, as alot of the support cases raised are off the back of an internal ticket being raised, so being able to cross-ref these internally would be very useful.

Idea to resolve Problem Add an external reference when raising support case
  • Attach files
