Operatives are batching anything and everything. There should be an option to remove the batching access to set users through the manage roles section.

Totally agree - from a security point of view it needs restricting and also from a business management piece it's got to go as the team leaders can create a batch and assign it to a user, only for the user to then have the power to say 'No, don't fancy that batch' and either reallocate it to someone else or even delete it!
A role needs to be added that is granted by default (as I get that not everybody will work the way we do) but gives us the opportunity to remove the permission at user level.
