We note courier query reference numbers in order queries but cannot use the search function to then locate them when a courier responds using their query number. E.G. in the order query comments we note the Royal Mail query number associated with the query. When Royal Mail (finally) respond they use their own query number. We then have to work out which order on the system this relates to.
