Current Problem
It would be useful if Mintsoft allowed users to set a daily order cut-off time as well as a warehouse closing time against each client, in order to generate a report that highlights orders not dispatched on time. The report should evaluate orders based on the time they move into a new status, rather than just the creation timestamp, to prevent backorders from skewing the data. For example, if the daily cut-off is 15:00:00, then all orders placed between 15:00:01 on the previous day and 15:00:00 on the current day must be dispatched before the warehouse closing time (e.g. 17:00:00) to be counted as on-time. Any orders dispatched after the closing time would be flagged as late. |
