Add a tag or new status for orders kicked out of automatically created batches because of courier label problems

When an order is removed from a batch because it failed to generate a courier label as part of the automatic batch scheduler it needs one of the following rather than going into awaiting confirmation.

1. To go into query raised and a query generated with the reason

2. A new status so it can be found easily

3. An Order tag adding so it can be found easily

4. An order tag adding then order rules run on it so we can add a query or otherwise process the order

At the moment it gets lost in awaiting confirmation. If this is not possible then please allow the option to add a tag in the parameter field when marking orders as awaiting confirmation though order rules so we can filter and find these by not including the tag.
