To help identify where an order is in the system, can there be an additional status added which to identify when orders move from PICKED to DESPATCHED.
Currently we have no way of telling if a batch is at the packing stations as it remains at PICKED so if we could have a new order status of PACKINGSTARTED and a linked (but not as important) batch status of PACKINGBATCH that would be very useful in identifying exactly where an order is in the system and would help understand how long it takes to perform certain actions.
