Currently you have to set up Mintsoft so that you have to view the scan actions page before you can add packaging/rework items.
Some clients orders don't require any packaging and having the scan actions page appear for all orders would slow down the picking and packing process.
You should be able to turn on the option for the scan actions page per client if they require packaging/rework items added to their order.
