Current Problem
With DPD, we have issue for some of you customers volume being shipped to France where the 1st line of address for the receiver the street number is being supplied and the rest of the 1st line of address is being added to Line 2 Each address field has a minimum validation of 2 characters per field so as only 1 character is being provided any parcels affected by this issue are being held. Our team is manually fixing these by ensuring the 1st line of address is applied to Address Line 1 but due to the hold these parcels are incurring a delay of at least 24 hours. Example: Line- 2

| Idea to resolve Problem | We need an order rule for this that says if the number of characters is less than 2 then just add line 2. |
