We purchased the Brother RJ4250-WB as recommended by Mintsoft, to speed up the barcode label generation whilst booking goods in via ASN on the app. After hours of playing around with label templates, I reached out to support who have confirmed the product labels are locked to 4x6. That's far too big for the majority of products, and a waste of expense for larger labels.
