while transporting 3 totes filled with similar shirts the totes fell on the ground and the shirts were mixed up,
while unable to scan the order with the scanner to confirm quantity we had to vissually confirm the shirts leading to errors as the of the shirts have very similar product codes
Also it would be nice to be able to scan with the scanner gun before dispatching to confrim if everything is there
