Generate UPS Returns Label to include within parcel when creating an outbound label

Current Problem
Our client is wanting to include pre paid returns labels with there orders however after testing and speaking with support for 2 months i have been told this is not available at this time.
Idea to resolve Problem
allow feature to generate return label when creatingan outbound shipment
