Currently adding packaging has to be done via rework but we batch pack and auto label/dispatch for speed. Adding rework would slow everything down.
Idea to resolve Problem
Add the option for a step that asks what packaging is being used. Ideally options would appear on screen: Press 1 for envelope size A. Press 2 for box etc Failing that a barcode scan of the packaging would work though more cumbersome. Process would be: scan product > choose packaging > label prints > order dispatches.
