Currently any order cancelled before its despatch date is defaulted to "Not OTIF" which marks down our OTIF score for something we have no control over, this seems unfair and has the potential to cause client escalations.
Idea to resolve Problem
Can you either amend the way these are factored in OTIF, or in the Drill Down data from Insights can you include Order Status in the columns? That way we can use the data to produce a NET & GROSS OTIF?
