Current Problem
Lots of my listings on eBay are active, but Mintsoft thinks they are unactive. Your support team have told me this is because eBay have pushed information to Mintsoft when the listing becomes inactive. It does not push info to Mintsoft when the listings becomes active again. Because of this, my stock does not sync unless I manually go into each listing on Mintsoft and toggle them to active. The list of listings are mixed active and inactive. Because of this I have to scroll through thousands of lines and individually click into each listing marked inactive and toggle it to active. |

| Idea to resolve Problem | Make Mintsoft talk to eBay more so that it knows when a listing changes from inactive to active - the stock will then sync again. Or change the list of items that you have to click into to toggle to active. Add a bulk actions so you can make multiuple listings active at once. Add a filter so the active listings and inactive listings are not mixed in together to eliminate the need to scroll through thousands of lines. |
