Current Problem
We currently have the ability to refund returns, but we are looking to clarify a specific part of the workflow: If we perform a partial shipment on an order, We would like the option for the remaining unfulfilled portion also automatically refunded (if that option is selected)? We have a client who is increasingly frustrated with backorders and skipped orders. To streamline this, we want the option to refund missing items directly during the fulfilment process. This would significantly reduce our customer service workload by eliminating the need to constantly switch between Mintsoft and Shopify, as well as reducing the back-and-forth communications required to confirm what can or cannot be shipped." |
