send back multiple tracking numbers for RM to Shopify/reporting

Current Problem

Right now, Mintsoft does not properly support multiple tracking numbers per order when using Royal Mail (RM), especially for larger or split shipments.

In our workflow:

  • Orders are frequently split across multiple parcels

  • Each parcel has its own tracking number

  • Mintsoft only reliably handles a single tracking number per order in downstream integrations

This creates several issues:

  • Shopify only receives one tracking number, leaving customers without full visibility

  • Reporting is incomplete and inaccurate

  • Customer service workload increases due to “missing tracking” queries

  • Manual workarounds are required (combining tracking, external comms, or edits)

At scale, this becomes a significant operational inefficiency and impacts customer experience.

Idea to resolve Problem Idea to Resolve Problem Introduce full support for multiple tracking numbers per order, including: Ability to store and manage multiple tracking numbers against a single order API support to return all tracking numbers (not just one) Proper push of all tracking numbers into Shopify (or other integrations) Visibility in reporting/exporting Optional formatting (e.g. comma-separated or structured array) Ideally this would work similarly to: Multi-line shipment handling Or existing partial dispatch logic, but extended to tracking
