Current Problem
Had the situation on several occasions where orders are not being marked as fulfilled in Shopify when they are despatched in Mintsoft. There is no alert for this, the only was to know is either check all orders from all clients have been correctly marked as fulfilled (impossible) or wait for the client to ask why their orders are not being fulfilled (which is what happened in this case). When I was informed of the orders not being marked as fulfilled, I clicked the resync button on the order but as this worked, I was told the issue was with Shopify rather than Mintsoft. I questioned why the sync was not attempted again as surely a second attempt should be made. Issue here is the fundamental one of orders not syncing correctly but with no notifications received. Quite happy to click on the sync button if needed, but we must be told there was an issue so we can actually perform that action! I've been asked to raise this as an idea - so here it is! Please tell us if anything goes wrong so we can do something about it! Rant over. Thank you for listening. |
