We want to be able to import serial numbers onto the order lines via the Mintsoft API. Currently we don't see a field for this in the XML.
I have confirmed with Mintsoft support and product teams that the Mintsoft API only supports requesting a specific serial number on an order line (via RequestedSerialNo), not importing or pulling back the serial numbers that were actually allocated to an order due to a missing field. This means we are unable to correctly pull any orders out of Mintsoft for our clients requiring serial no. tracking on outbound.
