Current Problem
The challenge we face is that when a mobile printer runs out of paper or jams, the order is still marked as dispatched on the batch even though no label was produced. To identify the missing order, we currently have to check the stock flow for the specific SKU to see the last order dispatched from that location. This process is difficult to manage, especially in high-volume areas with multiple pickers, and it is not a task we can easily assign to new agency staff. |

| Idea to resolve Problem | I would like to suggest a functionality update. Could we add a "Reprint Last Label" option in the top right corner alongside the other current options? From a technical perspective, I assume the system could be configured to identify the last message sent to the print tool and resubmit it. This would allow users to recover a label quickly if the printer runs out of paper during the picking flow |
