Currently, it is not possible to view order comments from a mobile device in Mintsoft. This can be problematic when trying to access the history of an order while away from a PC.
Idea to resolve Problem
We propose implementing an order comment view in the Mintsoft mobile app. This feature would provide a selectable option for users to view order comments from their mobile devices, allowing them to problem-solve on the fly and access the order history from anywhere. By implementing this feature, we can provide users with greater flexibility and efficiency in managing orders, reducing the need to be tied to a desktop computer. This will also lead to faster and more effective problem-solving, improving overall user experience.
I agree with this. We keep having to print out orders just so the picking team can see any order comments. We are trying to be as paperless as possible, so adding comments to the scanners would help with this.
