Current Problem
If an error occurs which we have not seen before and cannot fix, We need to rely on the support team investigating or going to the Devs. This means that support staff are likely going to the Devs or investigating already reported errors / Bugs.
Idea to resolve Problem
Add a help / information page for known errors / Bugs and the current trouble shoots / fixes.
