Default Supplier to Not Provided if One isn't Given on ASNs

Current Problem
Currently is a client creates an ASN and leaves the supplier field blank, then the ASN is later updated in anyway, the supplier defaults the the first one alphabetically, even if that supplier belongs to another client.
Idea to resolve Problem
If a client leaves the field blank, then default the supplier to say "Not Provided"
