Ability to add warehouse to warehouse transfer to the Single Transfer tile on the app.

Current Problem At the moment users can only do warehouse to warehouse transfers on the bulk transfer page. Single transfers the warehouse option is not available. Idea to resolve Problem	We would like the ability to add warehouse to warehouse transfer to the Single Transfer screen in the mobile app. Then we can remove permission for the bulk option for new users. This limits large errors to small errors.
