Current Problem
Currently, managing orders with both large and small units in Mintsoft can be problematic, as the system does not allocate full pallets when needed. This results in staff needing to manually work around the issue or waste time breaking down and rebuilding pallets. |

Idea to resolve Problem | We propose implementing a small unit location for B2C lines in Mintsoft. This location would have a capped number of units for an order before the system moves to the next allocatable stock. Alternatively, the system could read the pallet quantity and pick from the next full pallet location. |
Thank you for your suggestion, this is something that we are looking into as part of a new B2B stock allocation flow.
I like this idea.
It could potentially also be solved by manual location allocation for each order, as suggested in idea MST-I-201, but this would require less manual intervention.
