If you are integrated via Mintsoft, you would need to liaise with them regarding PUDO functionality. To gain full access to all available PUDO locations, your account would need to be onboarded onto Sapient, which Mintsoft would need to complete as part of their onboarding process.I can see your account is indeed onboarded under Mintsoft but via Ishipper, where PUDO is limited.
Mintsoft generates labels by calling our API, meaning the PUDO ID would need to be passed through the API request to us. However, I'm not familiar with Mintsoft's internal setup or how they map their fields to the Sapient API, so providing the Sapient API specifications directly may not be particularly helpful in this case. Mintsoft would be best placed to advise how PUDO selection is supported within their platform.
