Recalculate Order Value From Product Prices as an order rule

Current Problem
Due to the way orders come over from Shopify it means order values are inflated in Mintsoft, so the default courier service selection rules are applying logic to orders that aren't strictly correct
Idea to resolve Problem
An order rule to recalculate the order value from product prices would be great
