Current Problem

Currently there is an option which lets a client raise queries for orders onbackorder which then changes the status of that order to queryraised rather than backorder, However when a warehouse/admin user does this the query is raised fine but the order remains onbackorder

Idea to resolve Problem would be convenient to have an option which allowed the admin user to do the same as the client and force that order onto queryraised while it remains onbackorder
