Following EU Regulatory changes in July 2026, Mintsoft currently doesn't support the information that is mandatory from November 2026. They require all information to be included in the Customs Description field that is transmitted to couriers, currently there is a 50 character limit. This now needs to contain the product description, plus Merchant PI (with the number), then Non Standarised PI (with the number), then Standarised PI (with the number or no).
