Automating quarantine on expired goods

Goods that are allowing allocations to orders are out of date, this also contributes to showing stock availability on shop platforms which is in fact incorrect. This results in customer frustration, as a 3rd party logistics, realistically we do not have the availability to check this often and when we do it's too late. The system tracks expiry dates for no reason but our own manual interception, this should influence an automated check against the current date/week ahead and quarantine the location and quantity that the SKU with the date is booked under. Forcing stock to show as 0 and ensuring stale goods are not sent to customers with a standard that we should be meeting them with and sealing our client's reputation.
