As you cannot scan re-work items directly against a return, I thought I would instead scan the re-work barcode within the comments box in additional invoice items to at least speed up the itemisation stage, however the comments box is locked to manual text only. If scanning was enabled here, the team can quickly scan text barcodes to add the re-work items used, then manually calculate the total cost. Yes it's manual but still quicker than typing it all on the devices keyboard. A solid plan B if adding re-works to returns isn't an option.
