Unfortunately, none of these are available through a commercial invoice at the moment
Duties line (44.40 / 14.80 per item): the duty amount is captured on the order at import, but there is currently no template field to display it.
VAT 19.69 per item: the template can show a VAT column, but it uses the VAT stored on the order line (24.19 — calculated before discount).
Unit price 103.65 (net of discount and duty): no existing field removes duty from the unit price.
