An order is made and Woocommerce immediately sets the order to 'on-hold'.
The system correctly does not pull these orders in yet as intended because these orders have not yet been paid for.
Once payment for these orders have been received a member of the Green Warehouse staff then manually sets the order status from 'on-hold' to 'processing'.
After this order status changes to 'processing' we need your system to then pull the order in but currently it does not.
Interesting as we have exactly the same setup for one of our clients and it works for us. Only thing I can think of here is the number of days you are looking back for orders. We've had it before than an order can be older than the set value in the connector so have had to set the value to '-31' to go back a month. Could it be that?
