Increase the Image URL character limit from 250 to 400 as some URL's can be extremely long.

We have a client that has image URL's that are around 360 characters long however Mintsoft's limit is only 250 so we are unable to pull the images through from there software. I am aware that most URL's will be within the limit however there should be no reason why longer URL's should not be excepted.
