Add county region to New Courier Defaults on products

Current Problem
Currently you can only select specific countries when adding courier defaults on products. If you could add options like All international countries, Europe etc like you can in other parts of Mintsoft that would be great.
Idea to resolve Problem
Add same country region options like you have in courier shipping selection settigns
