Current Problem
Currently, queries regarding orders in Mintsoft are only maintained in the desktop version of the platform. This can cause delays in responding to customer requests or changes to orders. |

Idea to resolve Problem | We propose integrating Mintsoft with communication systems like Slack, Zendesk, and Teams. This feature would allow for queries to be bounced into a Slack channel, notifying the pickers' scanners and providing real-time updates on changes to orders. Additionally, we suggest implementing a more formal Zendesk integration to allow customer service representatives to obtain order information directly from the platform. |
Would also be good to have a more formal Zendesk intergration so customer services can obtain the order info from zendesk.
