Current Problem

Hello there

We have tried with a number of clients to use the Custom Documents Module to generate bespoke dispatch notes for clients, however the main issue we are finding is when the #ORDERID_BARCODE# generates an unreadable barcode for all our warehouse scanners (not ideal!).

It seems very stretched / wide and squat. The pickers are then having to manually type in the Order ID barcode which is slowing up processing time.

The Classic Dispatch Note paperwork generates a nicely readable, equally proportioned barcode. Is it possible for the barcode generated for the Custom Documents Module to use the same generator as the Classic template?
