Current Problem
We have a client using a 'checkout cross-sell' which means only the original order is being pulled through to Mintsoft, causing us to only fulfil part of the order. This is causing lots of complaints, as shipping is being charged twice, and customers are waiting longer for their full order to arrive. I think Mintsoft should do an order sync every hour or so and pull through any amendments on the orders. The cross-sell on these particular orders are only after 2 minutes from the original order being placed! |

I don't think orders updating automatically without warning is a good idea. If the order is "New" then I guess there is a relatively low risk.
Maybe if there was a mechanism for seeing which orders have changed on Shopify since importing, so you can choose to update them, would be a great idea.

Having a button the sync channel orders would help us intergrate and redownload orders.
Sync specific order number/s
If orders have been amended in shopify or other channels (e.g. tags, products, address updates) we would like to repush this order to re-sync, right now we have to cancel and delete the order then wait 15mins for it to redownload…a lot of time wasted.
