Ability to allocate back orders by despatch date required

Current Problem
We would like to be able to allocate stock to orders using the despatch date required functionality, as some orders will need despatching prior to others and the only way to do this is manually currently
Idea to resolve Problem
To have another option in the account settings to set it to allocate by despatch date
