When shipments are created as a 3PL all notifications from the carriers are in the name of the 3PL rather than their clients name. This creates confusion for end customers and results in failed shipments.
Idea to resolve Problem
Each carrier has additional reference fields which can be mapped to show the 3PL client, i.e. for DX this would be the CustomerReference within the attribute list on their API.
