Current Problem
Currently with default courier selection options in place, when Mintsoft doesn't recognise the courier service selected on the website, it defaults to the default option. When clients or websites change the wording on the website (i.e. change 1 - 3 day Shipping to 1-3day Shipping), Mintsoft is unable to recognise and would default 1st class to 2nd class resulting in clients missing delivery promises. At the moment the only ways to identify are to remove the default shipping option or manually check the history of every order |
