There is currently a way for us to specify parcel QTY by sales channel. Currently Courier Parcel QTY Method allows us to specify the number of parcels per client / per service however we would really like to incorporate the option to select this per sales channel too.
We cannot split parcels for Amazon and as such - Amazon MFN orders via Royal Mail for orders not from Amazon cause an issue in which we cannot split Royal Mail Parcels at all unless manually when despatching and generating labels.
