We have instances where when a batch has been created and you mark the batch as despatched but there's the odd instance where an order can't be despatched because the CN23 hasn't been printed. At this stage the order is already picked and packed by the team and in mail sacks etc making life difficult to print the CN23 and finding the order.
I've found a sort of workaround. I've added Courier Label as a document to print under the Printing section under Customer Account Settings however when producing a batch that includes courier labels this tweak to the settings duplicates the courier label plus the CN22/CN23 produced is in the wrong place for the label on the pre-printed paperwork.
It would be good that the duplicate label not be included when you produce a batch that already includes it plus reposition the CN22/23 into the bottom left corner where Mintsoft puts the normal courier labels.
Essentially this should be a document that can be printed should be an option to add under "Order Document Types To Print when printing despatch notes" which is part of the Printing section under Customer Account Settings.
