Current Problem
We have had some issues with our Royal Mail / InterSoft connection whereby we have 2 Royal Mail accounts that are split roughly half and half between our clients. Our first connection is for ALL clients - works perfectly. Our second connection only lets us select one client, so we have had to create this connection multiple times - once for each client that uses that account. That was bad enough, but now it seems that MintSoft are charging us for each of these individual connections, despite us only having the 2 Royal Mail accounts. A simple option to selct the clients associated with each InterSoft account should surely be available. |

I've asked somewhere before that instead of a dropbox where it's ALL and then clients listed you should have something more akin to a tick box. We have the same problem with scheuled reporting where I want an account manager to get their client's reports but I have to create the inventory report ten times rather than have one report listing the 10 clients in one spreadsheet.
