We have a number of connections (Woo commerce and Big Commerce are the main ones but shopify as well) that have voucher plugins creating order items without SKU codes.
With more plugins for sites it would be nice to have an option on the connection setups to ignore lines without a SKU code. Or for the Connection Errors list to have a bulk action to allow us to do this on individual orders.
