When uploading a spreadsheet of orders we have the scenario where a clients customer could order a dropship product and a physical product and despite the system being setup with both products correctly (as it works when importing orders from Shopify etc) it fails to import the order if it's done via a custom spreadsheet.
PLEASE can you tweak the system to allow this! Seems odd that it will work if the order comes in via a connector but not if it's uploaded.
