Current Problem
When creating an international shipment with the MyDPD user interface, you navigate to a section called "Customs Information", where there is a radio-button in the bottom right hand corner, with options for either "Business" or "Consumer". It would be massively beneficial if we could influence which of these is selected. Shipments to Denmark in particular seem to require this. At present, there is no way to specify which option is selected when creating the shipment on Mintsoft, despite there being enough information to populate these fields. We would like to be able to create courier services that utilize this option. |

| Idea to resolve Problem | When an Interlink or DPD direct courier integration is set up, we would like to be able to set up service codes where we could specify an "ExtraFlag" that would influence whether the "Business" or "Consumer" radio box was selected. Upon selecting the appropriate service, this importers EORI and VAT numbers would be populated. |
