Clients do not have access to CREATE NEW EXCHANGE. However, as a 3PL, the client is always the first port of call for this process and subsequently best situated to administer any exchange thereafter (not the warehouse staff). To make this process work (using Mintsoft) the client has to generate a new order via their sales channel. However, it is onerous, manual, and time consuming etc. to do so.
This has already been requested on MST-I-325 and MST-I-152 - I'vv vote for this - can you vote for those!
