Current Problem
Every product has to have a value for customs. However we gift products to customers, so these products come through from Shopify with a £0 value. Even if we set them up as an additional product rule within Mintsoft, it is put on the commercial invoice with £0 value. Some couriers API's do not allow us to 'create shipment' without us manually going in and changing the price. Some couriers allow them through but change the value at their end. Either way extra work is undertaken by us or by the courier in order to process it. And couriers are starting to come down hard on it. |

Idea to resolve Problem | Mintsoft holds all the info on our products, I suggest that when an order comes through at £0 that Mintsoft automatically replaces the £0 with the cost price of that product. |
As another part of this the system MUST allow us to choose a reason for export. Samples and exchanges are valid reasons and attract different rules and regulations, Mintsoft must catchup with changes that were enforced over 12 months ago..........
